"Excellent CRM and Sales Pipeline for SMBs"

What do you like best about Nutshell? I love that I can visualize my sales pipeline. However, I'm finding the dashboard really helpful on a day-to-day basis. I'm constantly referring to it to see sales tasks associated with leads. I'm a huge fan of the reports: they're extremely easy-to-use, intuitive layout and visuals, and so customizable and granular that I get better insights on how I'm acquiring leads. What do you like best about Nutshell? Having everyone being able to see client communication between myself and the client on their profile is HUGE. What do you like best about Nutshell? The platform is very intuitive, which makes training our new team members a breeze! What do you dislike about Nutshell? I wish reporting was easier, seems to be a bit hard to pull exactly what you need. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Organiztion, Organiztion!!! "User Friendly CRM"

What do you like best about Nutshell? After using other CRMs, I feel that Nutshell is one of the more user-friendly ones. It doesn't take a lot of time to train new users, and it is easy to manage and maintain. What do you dislike about Nutshell? "Fantastic Software for sales and lead tracking"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is super user-friendly. The whole team can see what everyone else is working on with regards to phone calls, emails, tracking of projects, etc. What do you dislike about Nutshell? The only functions of Nutshell I dislike are that when calling from a lead the call blocks out the name of the lead. What do you like best about Nutshell? Client information is all in one place and easy to retrieve. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I wish that Nutshell would link to my MacOS mail and message accounts. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Before Nutshell sharing information with our team was time consuming and in a lot of cases duplicated work.

What do you like best about Nutshell? I really like that it's an easy-to-use program! You can see all leads at a glance and add custom fields for what's important to you and your industry. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I'd say the only thing I can think of is that I don't have more leads to put into the programl. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? There's a lot more organization and transparency throughout the company now.

What do you like best about Nutshell? I like how easy it is to train and use within a team. Everything is user friendly and makes it simple to get the information that you need. The app is great! What do you dislike about Nutshell? I do not like that I cannot change the value of a lead after it has been created. Id like to assign a final value to the lead when closed. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? We are preventing piglet deaths.
