"Very Helpful, Efficient and Intuitive"

What do you like best about Nutshell? It's a very intuitive system. It's not bloated with any unnecessary functionality and I can use it relatively easily on my phone. What do you dislike about Nutshell? The app needs some work. I can access basic reports and functionality but it has a ways to go to catch up to the desktop version. Nutshell is perfect tool for managing contacts

PROS: I like that I can put all my contacts into Nutshell without wasting time. It allows us to organize and manage all customer contacts. I like that we can easily organize our workday and schedule our activities. The price is worth and I would even pay more. CONS: I need Nutshell app for iPad. The app on iPhone needs some improvements.

Flawless software!

PROS: My favorite feature is the bulk email tool. This software definitely improved the way we handle potential customers because it's easier to reach out and keep them updated. CONS: Perfect app! There's nothing I don't like.

What do you like best about Nutshell? This email marketing tool is integrated with a great CRM. I can send daily emails and weekly newsletters to multiple contacts. Reporting on opens and clicks is integrated with the CRM as well so I can follow with phone calls in real-time. I have used Constant Contact and Mail Chimp and various capacities. A great first CRM new and small businesses should use

PROS: Nutshell has been great for our software firm. Support via chat and email is excellent and they are always willing to hear new feature ideas and requests. It's also affordable enough to be a great first CRM for new and small businesses. CONS: Data cleanliness can be a bit of an issue as you can get a lot of duplicate leads during importing. Reporting is not that bad right now but there is room for improvement.

PROS: Nutshell offers great set of features for services, sales and products. We can easily manage tasks and leads. I recommend this product to everyone. I like its customer support service because they are always available and helps us to solve any kind of problems. CONS: This is quite new product and I feel that they are doing everything in order to meet its customers’ needs.
