Excellent Assistance from Gia
Gia spent like 2 hours with me helping me gain access back into my account. She went above and beyond to validate my account legitimacy and create a new one for me when she couldn't locate mine and answer my billing questions about how to renew. Only to find out in the end that I still couldn't log in because I had an outdated app to begin with. And she still helped me get it up to date with a positive attitude. Thanks for your patience!

Money well spent.…
I had problems with my laptop prior to installing Nord VPN , on the recommendation of a friend. It is a little slow to load when I start up the PC but well worth installing. I can now carry out transactions with confidence on both my laptop and mobile phone.

Had issues connecting to a service - solved.
Had issues connecting to a service and the agent was really helpful. Even though we had to go through a bunch of steps and obviously he was copy/pasting the procedural (which he totally should be) the interaction was really human which is a nifty thing to be able to do. None of the steps felt stupid, so we just experimented out way to a solution. And we got it working nicely so all in all, great.

Had connection issues after install…
Had connection issues after install Ubuntu 22.04. Few minutes on the chat with Lorelai solved the issue. Very competent guiding. Awesome!
