Excellent Application
I have been a Nordvpn customer for about 4 years ago. This application really saved my life and my business. I live outside the U.S. and about 4 years ago, some banks and companies restricted their sites to people in the U.S. only; if it was not for Nordvpn, I would not have been able to access my U.S. bank accounts and my credit store cards. Some VOIP services also do not work unless you are using a VPN, and Nord is the one. This is in addition to the great and timely support.

I have had this for a couple of years and use it in Spain for TV, and firestick. It's great and when I have had a problem in the past the help line is also very good.

Excellent Assistance from Gia
Gia spent like 2 hours with me helping me gain access back into my account. She went above and beyond to validate my account legitimacy and create a new one for me when she couldn't locate mine and answer my billing questions about how to renew. Only to find out in the end that I still couldn't log in because I had an outdated app to begin with. And she still helped me get it up to date with a positive attitude. Thanks for your patience!

Fair and helpful service!
I used the tryout package for some time after which I came to realize I do not need it since my university provides one. After a quick chat through the helpservice-chat with magnus, I received a full refund as per the agreement within 30 days. Very nice to experience how efficient, straightforward and honest customer service can be. For this reason alone NordVPN will be my first consideration when I eventually will need a public VPN account. 5/5 would recommend.

Money well spent.…
I had problems with my laptop prior to installing Nord VPN , on the recommendation of a friend. It is a little slow to load when I start up the PC but well worth installing. I can now carry out transactions with confidence on both my laptop and mobile phone.
