Useful as a VPN, Wonderful support.

Year long user, it's a great VPN with excellent customer service
Over the last 12 months I have been a user of a VPN, having come from not using one at all. NordVPN is easy to use and highly effective. More so, I've only ever had one issue, which appeared to be quite a snake of an issue, but the NordVPN team was able to resolve it easily within 30 minutes with the specific help of a customer rep named Annie, who did not give up and proved to be very knowledgeable about her business. There have been problems
There have been problems - mostly with upgrades. the NORDVPN team have sorted these out via chat, in a speedy and efficient way.

Best in the Business
After an extremely long recovery process my account was finally recovered yet the reason for extensive recovering is because Nordvpn representatives 'Do Not' allow you account to be compromised and for that reason alone i feel more secure usung Nordvpn,so believe me,if you want security, go with Nordvpn.

Fair and helpful service!
I used the tryout package for some time after which I came to realize I do not need it since my university provides one. After a quick chat through the helpservice-chat with magnus, I received a full refund as per the agreement within 30 days. Very nice to experience how efficient, straightforward and honest customer service can be. For this reason alone NordVPN will be my first consideration when I eventually will need a public VPN account. 5/5 would recommend.
