Issue with connection to NordVPN from Russia
I ran into an issue with not being able to connect to any servers from Russia. I described the issue in your Customer Support chat and got very fast help from Damon who provided me a list of servers which worked for me. Thank you very for such a great customer experience!

Excellent Experience
Was connected very fast. Webster (name of the rep) was 100% connected with us, with no delay on responses at all, courteous, super patience. Came back with all the answers we needed, and we actually signed up right after chat. Excellent!

Security, Privacy, Ease of Mind: NordVPN is a great system & well worth using.
Great system. Have used it now for over 2 years. Very happy that I can use it on my PCs as well as my phone. Stable connectivity and I can usually connect to a specific area or through the use of the "Quick Connect" feature relatively quickly. Am able to select among various cities and/or countries as needed. I just had my first experience with…
I just had my first experience with Nord vpn support for some issues I was having and normally working with support via chat isn't my favorite. I had to work with 2 people to get all my issues sorted but it was the easiest time I have ever had with chat support. They had directions ready for anything they wanted me to do and they were very patient with me to follow the directions and answer any questions I that I had. Thank you so much to Adam and Damian!
