Thankful for the service and help I had…
Thankful for the service and help I had both Ezekial and Lorelai. They were amazingly patient with me and gave me a great experience. The DD-WRT interface is incredibly challenging to navigate so having them help me is the only way i was able to do this. I appreciate them both!

Excellent Online Chat Agent / Service
I'm new to this service (and VPN in general), but I can say that the NordVPN Online Chat agent was exceptionally helpful when I ran into a connectivity issue. I was connected immediately and the agent (Sid) worked with me to fix the issue very quickly. Then he took time to answer several general questions I had about the service and it's various features. 5 stars for customer service so far!
