getting to an actual person is…
getting to an actual person is difficult but once you are there the service is great . Aiden was my tech and he was very knowledgeable and had me up and running in no time.

Excellent support
I was having trouble installing NordVPN for my Linux device. I couldn't figure out why I was getting error messages or how to proceed. Fortunately, Brad and Conor saved the day by helping through the process. I appreciate the time and research they spent helping solve this issue. Very professional and one of the best interactions I've had with NordVPN's support team.

Automated support with the bot was not…
Automated support with the bot was not nice. But as soon as I was transferred to a human being things got better. Sid helped me a lot. He is a nice guy :) Thanks a lot!

Great customer support!
Was trying to setup a vpn and had issues connecting. Aiden had me send screenshots and thouroughly checked my configuration. needless to say i was impressed when i was able to finally connect! Nord VPN did not let me down

Outstanding Support!
I had a double billing issue with NordVPN and Teddy was outstanding in helping me to fix it. Teddy is very patient and took the time to explain the issue to me in detail. They were also very responsive and helped me to get the issue resolved within a few minutes. I am very grateful for Teddy's help and would definitely recommend NordVPN to others. I really hope Teddy gets the promotion he deserves soon!
