Connection Issue Resolved
I was considering canceling my subscription because I was unable to connect to the servers. But, through a persistent agent named Maeve, I was redirected to a connectivity agent named Larry. After being redirected, I was able to use NordVPN as intended. The customer service really is wonderful.

only have great experience with the live chat agents, never seem preoccupied with others, or impatient to resolve my issue or to stop asking questions. AND they are easy to get too when the chatbot can't help, or you want to bypass the bot all together.

Exceptional Service
I had an extremely frustrating afternoon trying to connect to live stream from Greece to Australia. After several attempts, I eventually managed to have Belle from their customer service team patiently guided me through all the steps required. She requested some screen shots to ensure everything was running smoothly and very quickly she was able to test everything and have me connected in no time. Thanks Belle, you're a star :)

The service was great
