I could not send or receive email
I could not send or receive email while connected to NordVPN, so I used chat to connect with Elizabeth and in no time she gave me instructions to correct my problem. I was amazed at how fast I connected to support in chat. I actually believe that was the fastest support I have ever got using chat anywhere! I would call that second to none customer support! Great Job Elizabeth!!

Useful and Cost Effective
Love their service, open policy, and customer service. I only used the service for a month. I contacted the customer support team, and the service executive (Harper) was polite, professional, and really helpful which reflects the company's etiquettes.

Privacy - Wouldn't Trust Anyone Else
Been using NordVPN since July 2019. There are many, many reasons to use NordVPN. The most important is their no log policy combined with the company being registered in a location that is not subject to U.S. jurisdiction to turn over customer information. In addition to that, they pay for 3rd party independent audits to certify their policies are practiced as stated. These are the biggest reasons to consider NordVPN. It's a great VPN.
