Not being very tech savvy, I accidently created an account with NORD VPN. Since I have a VPN and don't need two, I clicked on the CHAT balloon to ask for help. Ethan, a service representative, almost immediately responded and asked how he could help. I explained what had happened and asked how to deleted the account. I realized that i had been charged 2 times the subscription within 3 months. I connected to your Chat, typed in double charge and - oh wonder - the electronic chatter, understood and connected my to a real person called Vicky. She solved the issue in less than 20 minutes in a very professional way. Very happy with your service! Congratulations!

A Happy VPN User
I was able to renew my subscription at the same reduced rate as a new client. It seemed unfair as a loyal customer that I had to pay a premium. The agent understood my complaint. Although there are other alternative VPN products, NordVPN is recognized by FireTV and does offer critical features and performance.
