A Happy VPN User
I was able to renew my subscription at the same reduced rate as a new client. It seemed unfair as a loyal customer that I had to pay a premium. The agent understood my complaint. Although there are other alternative VPN products, NordVPN is recognized by FireTV and does offer critical features and performance.

Excellent chat support for OpenVPN connection on router
Had excellent service and experience with Jackson on chat! He was patient and helped me troubleshoot my issue getting the OpenVPN server connection to load up Nord on my new Asus RT-AX3000 router.
