I realized that i had been charged 2 times the subscription within 3 months. Fast and helpful customer support from Eugenia
I had a great experience getting customer support from Eugenia. My subscription seemed to have auto-renewed before the end of my 2 year subscription date, and the price was no longer justifiable for me. Eugenia was fast and responsive to my problem and helped me explore options on how to proceed. In the end, I ended up staying as a subscriber.
