Didn’t understnad at first how to woo it and thought it wasn’t available for me, but with a very long complicated conversation and great help from Matthew I figured it out and managed to make it work. Great customer service!

I had some issues when on a work WiFi being unable to reach some sites I needed. I was able to work through support and get the help I needed. I have been very pleased with the ease of use and success I have had.

Had a connection issue with Origin…
Had a connection issue with Origin servers while the VPN was connected. Spoke to Toby and he went through several possible solutions until we found the correct one. Great service and very helpful!

Honest help from the team.
I had authentication error on my linux laptop. A customer service rep were kind enough to navigate trough the process of finding the problem and resolve it. His service was fast and efficent. Many thanks to him. Note.: pls ignore my grammar mistakes
