Quick response and good customer…
Quick response and good customer service I just signed up Nord VPN and found difficult to decide rather use the VPN on router or by devices individually. Customer service, Kyra did gave good advise and explain on whats the difference and what I will face if I use VPN on my router. Good one.

I had an ongoing issue logging into my GoDaddy account whenever my VPN was connected. I contacted the live online helpdesk and chatted with a representative named Lawrence. He was prompt and understood my problem right away-it was thankfully not a time consuming exchange. He provided me with easy-to-follow directions which resolved my issue immediately. It was nice to interact with a professional who was able to address the issue on the first go.

NordVPN blocking Yahoo Mail
Had an issue with NordVPN blocking outgoing yahoo web mail. Joffrey helped me find some options under Threat Protection that could be turned off to avoid the issue. Thanks!
