I had a few questions about billing
I had a few questions about billing, and I chose Live Chat! a gentleman by the name of George was the person from customer service that answered all my questions. George was respectful and very helpful and quick. I felt that he care to help me,I asked George a lot of questions, I thought I was driving him crazy, but George kept it very professional. I give NordVpn customer service and George a thumbs 👍👌

Quick response and good customer…
Quick response and good customer service I just signed up Nord VPN and found difficult to decide rather use the VPN on router or by devices individually. Customer service, Kyra did gave good advise and explain on whats the difference and what I will face if I use VPN on my router. Good one.

I had some issues when on a work WiFi being unable to reach some sites I needed. I was able to work through support and get the help I needed. I have been very pleased with the ease of use and success I have had.

Had a connection issue with Origin…
Had a connection issue with Origin servers while the VPN was connected. Spoke to Toby and he went through several possible solutions until we found the correct one. Great service and very helpful!

Honest help from the team.
I had authentication error on my linux laptop. A customer service rep were kind enough to navigate trough the process of finding the problem and resolve it. His service was fast and efficent. Many thanks to him. Note.: pls ignore my grammar mistakes

I had an ongoing issue logging into my GoDaddy account whenever my VPN was connected. I contacted the live online helpdesk and chatted with a representative named Lawrence. He was prompt and understood my problem right away-it was thankfully not a time consuming exchange. He provided me with easy-to-follow directions which resolved my issue immediately. It was nice to interact with a professional who was able to address the issue on the first go.
