Excellent Customer Service by Maeve
Excellent Customer Service by Maeve I was having issues because I changed our companies email for branding purposes right after purchasing NordVPN which has been amazing. Maeve was able to walk me through what was going on and get me the information I needed, and though there are a few more steps to get things transferred over I was able to get to a solution that works for me while I wait!

Install issue
When I initially purchased the product I had an issue trying to set it up. I contacted online support and they couldn't have been more helpful. Since then it's been plain sailing. It's a great product.

NordVPN Customer Service is Still Stellar
I simply had curiosities regarding data retention laws. And Georgie, one of NordVPN's representatives, mentioned that they operate under Panama law, and are thus not obliged to abide by any (if any) US data retention laws. Upon further inquiry, Georgie directed my to a NordVPN blogpost that may elaborate on this subject. The customer service is, and always has been, phenomenal.

Needed to cancel my subscription
Needed to cancel my subscription and get a refund, and the assistant in the livechat function, Simon, was really helpful. I barely had to do a thing. Great service
