Long-term user - very satisfied
I've been using NordVPN software on Windows and Android for 3 years now and it is solid. They keep improving it too, which is excellent! Honestly I cannot imagine connecting to the Internet without a VPN and NordVPN is competitively priced, good quality, and fast.

Needed to circumvent 'sudo apt update'
I attempted to try the new meshnet feature from Nordvpn but ran into a few issues outside the scope of the help page. The tech specialist understood what I had already attempted to do and promptly gave next steps. After checking the logs, he figured that the upgrade command wasn't working on my OS. So after a fresh reinstall, I got the up-to-date software and then I was able to enable the new feature.

Had billing issues after changing countries
Had billing issues after changing where I lived (country tax issues I think) and Britney from Customer Support was an absolute star - not used to service like hers, she was friendly, efficient and kept at it until the issue was resolved! You can work for my organisation anytime Britney, well done :-)
