Above and beyond service
Have just had an issue accessing BBC iPlayer and had a chat with Freddie. He was most helpful and even gave me a tip on how to resolve the problem even though it was nothing to do with Nord VPN. That's going above and beyond, so 5 stars for the Nord service department. Thank you.
