I struggled for 14 hours on my own
I struggled for 14 hours on my own, and Martin helped me with this infuriating issue within the last two hours.. I'm tech savvy myself but without him, I'd never have gotten the right configuration going to get the VPN working.. All this, after trying 3 other VPN's this week, and Nord's the most stable! Whew!!!!

Excellent customer service
The customer service was very nice and helped me take care of an accidental payment. Also, the VPN is very reliable and helps me stay safe online and in case I accidentally press an IP grabber link.

Feature rich, reliable, stable VPN
I have never try a few other cheap/low quality VPN. NordVPN is the fastest by far. There might be faster VPN that I don't know yet. However, I am happy with it so far. Slightly lag from time to time especially in a long distance like overseas. As for features, I love it the new feature Meshnet. I can now share like local with confidence and feeling secure. Very easy to setup and access anywhere in the world. Price is a concern, though. If price goes up due to enhancement, this could be a ...

Customer service is top tier
Customer service is top tier Jess helped me get the best pricing as a returning customer. The vpn service is fantastic but the attention to clientele will keep me around for the long haul.

I'm new to Nord VPN and had a problem…
I'm new to Nord VPN and had a problem using it with one of my online bank accounts. Used the live chat (late on a Friday) and was really impressed with the speed of response and the instant fix provided. Very happy. BTW - I worked in IT for 40 years and though not very technical I can recognise excellent service.

Customer Service from Lorelai
Customer Service from Lorelai. She helped me get my service properly set up while I was having an issue with amazon prime, the culprit was actually my Avast Antivirus suite, and not nord itself. Still she took the time to help me figure out what to do and gave 5 star service in the process
