Some websites won’t let you connect if…
Some websites won’t let you connect if the vpn is active. I don’t know why? Not a big problem though.

Refund
Customer support (Jess) helped through a refund process. Not want to end my subscription, just want to get a lower plan. 5-10 business days is honestly not that bad, so I'm happy with the support.

Was unable to access my Nord VPN and they advised me how to get in. Never had any major issues with the product and have always found their customer service to be fantastic always quick to respond to any queries and always resolved any issue I did have.

I first purchased an account with NordVPN 3 years ago, and have since renewed for another 2 years. I have never had an issue with the service and it works as advertised. The software is easy to set up, easy to use, and is available for any platform you want to use from cell phone to lap top.

I can't get login or connect to the server when traveling in China, then agent Magnus helped me by setting up VPN process on my Mac machine, all working now!
