Best technical service (which is no small feat)
Even though my problem could not be solved, they always kept the technical support to give me a hand in a cordial and kind way. It is the only VPN service, that I have tried so far, that offers to chat with a person in real time, many others only by email, which slows down the process. Thank you Georgie, Eryc, and Kara for your help.

Anya - Best Agent I've come across!!
The support I received from Anya was amazing. They gave me multiple options of what to do as my account had been hacked and guided me on each one. They stayed on the chat even though I did not reply for 10 minutes. They also helped me find my invoice with ease, providing pictures on how to find it, and had direct contact with a colleague on the customer success team about my request, making it quicker and easier. This wouldn't have been possible without Anya's help, 6 out of 5 stars for them!!

Getting my Router talking to NordVPN successfully
Thanks to the person who helped me, I got the NordVPN (OpenVPN UDP) config file uploaded to my router. After the setup, I could log in to my bank account without any issues.

Exemplary VPN service
I've been using the NordVPN service for 3 years. It has been rock solid. I have it installed on 2 Windows laptops, an Android tablet, an Android smartphone, and a Google Chromecast with Google TV device (great for "being in" another country for TV viewing). The service works flawlessly on all devices. Features like Onion Over VPN and Double VPN are very handy when needed.
