Trouble accessing certain sites
I have been having trouble accessing a few different sites being connected to NORDVPN I could access them once paused, and to NORDVPN'S credit they spent 2 days fixing the problem which really impressed me, keep up the fantastic work NORDVPN recommend very highly.

Fast, reliable, no nonsense VPN
I'm European and live the Caribbean, using NVPN quite often to watch news and movies in German speaking European Countries. Compared to other VPN's I've used before, this is the most stable and fastest. It hardly ever disconnects or interrupts and if at all, reconnection is very fast.

Requested a Change to Account
Requested help over email, the responce was fast and within 24 hours and a couple of emails everything was resolved. Been with NordVPN for over 3 years and I do not plan to change.

Freddie from NordVPN Helped
Was going to ask for a refund as the latest version of Nord VPN would not work on my iMac operation system El Capitan. Chatted with 1st Advisor but was given the wrong link. Spoke to 2nd Advisor Freddie and he patiently guided me to successfully install it on my older iMac.
