They keep on trying for your sake
Support to customers is easy. Success to resolve is something else. Regardless a positive or negative answer the Nord Success Team keeps you posted on progress and your individual questions are addressed. Yes, there are frustrations without connectivity. That said, the Team tries to eliminate all variables. That adds a positive flavour to customer support.

Good VPN, so far has worked for me in multiple countries. Good interface, usually reliable connections although you sometimes have to refresh when throughput drops.

Good Customer support service.
Well I just trying NordVPN for something personal and didn't want to continue because I barely use it so I asked for a refund and encountered an agent named Jayce and he was very helpful best support agent I've encountered.
