Fantastic customer service from Nord…
I don’t use a VPN as often as I should but use Nord when I’m working on unsecured networks and from customer sites. When I recently locked myself out of my account changing phones I needed to reach out to Nord’s CS team. They resolved my issue quickly and perfectly, an example of great service, thank you.

Great Customer Experience!
What made my experience great was the confidence that I was safe. I signed up for NordVPN thanks to the great reviews users give. Then when I signed up, I could only use the service when I was home. So I contacted NordVPN to describe my problem. The response was a problem-solving approach that culminated in identifying the root cause of my inability to use their service when I was out and about. Issue resolved !!
So this issue still isnt fixed, its a MFA problem, and they wont touch the problem!! Not a password issue. After being told i need nord pass, "password manager" from Nordvpn support lol to fix this, nope not the issue. I cant get passed the MFA where you have to put in the 6 numbers "not working", and this is using the google authenticator. It would be nice there was a nordvpn MFA. I mean I have been with nordvpn 4 years or so with different emails. At this time im using a different carrier ...
