I had a problem playing the League of Legends game with NordVPN connected for a long time, it simply wasn't possible. I tried using the customer support service and was helped by Philip and Keanu. Both were extremely patient, attentive and helpful. Now I can play the game with the VPN turned on. Customer service excellent
I paid for a 2-year subscription, but kept getting an error message when I tried to download. I researched the error message, but couldn't fix it. I emailed customer service with little hope, but they got back to me right away with a couple suggestions. Turns out I had a problem that took me several hours to solve, but it had nothing to do with NordVPN and I couldn't have done it without their help. Five stars for being responsive and super helpful.
