No refunds, no exceptions
You better be sure that you're willing to stick with them, because they DO NOT give refunds (full or partial), no matter what the reason. If you're outside the refund window, your money is gone. No exceptions.There are better VPN providers out there with better customer service and a more lenient return policy. Once they got big, they seem to only care about money.

Good vpn, just not what I need right now
I noticed a charge to my debit card, and I was like "jesus" and then I was helped pretty quickly, actually. His name was Manu, pretty nice guy. I wasn't expecting to get it done so fast, either. God bless.

Prompt response
I signed up for the 3 year discounted plan, but as it conflicts with my office laptop i had to temporary cancel until i can solve it.It's within 30 days (I cancelled after about a week), and the livechat personnel (Leo) dealt with it very promptly and well. Will definitely return once I solve the conflict as i love the service.

I was having some trouble with how my computer was handling the program (definitely my computers fault not Nords) and got some help canceling my account and getting a refund from Leo. It was quick and painless. It only took 2 minutes tops and Leo was very helpful in canceling my account and getting me a refund. Thank you :)

I just wanted to leave a positive review on my refund experience. I requested a refund due to Nord VPN not working with a specific application. My customer service agent Andrew was extremely helpful. He walked me through several troubleshooting steps and after no resolve he gladly refunded me my money. While we we're able to fix the issue Andrew was extremely helpful and professional. Thank you Andrew!
