Signed up for their teams VPN product. After 1 month of evaluation it looked like a beta product at most.Politely asked for a refund and got told they do not give refunds at all ... outraging to even ask money for an unfinished product, will be asking for a chargeback with the bank

Server Issues and Bad Customer Service

I'm writing this review regarding the service I've had and the customer service I've been provided. I've had other previous companies that provide Socks5 servers and although I paid a little bit more, I NEVER had to change servers in order to find one that worked with them. With NordVPN, I've had to do that CONSTANTLY. To make things even worse, I've been watching the number of Socks5 servers dwindle from hundreds from many countries, to less than 70 in total now and almost all from the US. ...

Solid and easy to use.

Easy to use, fast speeds, solid privacy metricsHaving done my research about Nord's service, it came highly recommended. I've since been with them for three years and had no issues. Both the mobile and desktop application have been easy to use and solid. As is the issue when rating security applications, you only know when they don't work, not nessecarily when they do (because nothing goes wrong). So with that said, I've been happy with Nord.

I found it slightly confusing at first but the customer service was amazing! I had an online operator named Luke who talked me through all the issues and concerns I had, helping make sure my payments were okay. Love the service I was offered.
