Great Customer Service
Great Customer ServiceI asked a curly question to the Support team and Sven gave me a quick, concise answer. Other providers I've enquired with tried to sell me other things or sent random auto messages, not cool. With Nord VPN, no time was wasted and I'm a very happy customer.

90% cashback…too good to be true
Signed up for 3 years after reading about a 90% refund promotion via one of those shopping cashback sites...which seemed to good to be true....it was!Provided clear evidence of my purchase but, after 3 months of waiting, the cashback claim was rejected."We have investigated and found that the merchant has deemed xxxx ineligible to earn commissions on this transaction which results in us being unable to pass the cashback along to you."Looks like a blatant trap to lure new customers with the ...

Vpn scammer
Warning, warning warning! I bought 2year before moving to China. Vpn worked 30 min after spending 4 weeks with their mail support. When I complained 4 weeks had gone and my trial was out. Still after one year in China no vpn. All other express astril works fine but Nord is a real vpn Scan!

Not just this time but I always get my probs resolved. My only draw back is my inability to act quickly the advises delivered to me sorry to all for being slow to operate !! Special thanx to fairy ARIA !!pat.

Nothing but top quality from the beginning...Value for money / deals = awesomeService = always very good, sometimes a few fault but overall very good...Product improvements = awesome...2020 the service and products are working extremely well.Customer service is excellent every time and waiting time is nill or minimal.Nothing but 5 stars for Nord and their commitment to privacy

Best chatbox I've come across!
Although I couldn't get my account connected with my ps4 (due to pc-issues I have), I really loved the help, support, and advice I got from the agents! I chatted more than 3 hours with one of the agents and he kept helping me, without delay. He wasn't getting tired of my problems or anything. Truly professional!The chatbox is the best one out there in my opinion.

I had a problem where Quick Connect was…
I had a problem where Quick Connect was not working. I got through to an Online Chat with a nice guy called Archie. He was 10/10 and spot on. Within minutes, Archie helped solve the problem and I was back to being secured. Well done NordsVPN. And what a great online chat you provided.Carl.
