No BT Sport
Doesn't work with many streaming services such as BT Sport, waste of money, go with one of the better ones like ExpressVPN that actually works

I'm totally clue less when it comes to certain aspects of the net etc. Sergio helped me to an extent. He was great - very patient - understanding. Then he passed me on to Karen. She really earned her money today - handling my inquiry and myriad of 'challenges'. I've been in customer service and run nice restaurants. I had a problem installing the NordVPN…
I had a problem installing the NordVPN app on my Firestick. I spend 4 hours struggling before contacting NordVPN. They solved the problem in 10 minutes. Very helpful service and very knowledgable.

my exchange helped me much
my exchange nonseless helped me to solve my issue but helped me too undestand how NORDVPN runit conforted me about dangerouqs people and crappy laws. it was only a techic's exchange but the guy was hellpfull and NVPN has a very moral and sanitary'spopitics.Thank you so much guies and thand you so much about you patience and teaching

Great customer service!
I had a issue connecting to the app on my computer so reached out to customer service via the chat on the website. Person there walked me through different steps to get things fixed. It took truing different things and restarting my computer a couple times but customer service person was patient and very helpful. In the end we got things fixed :) Thank you!
