Free trial is a SCAM beware (auto upgrades to fee paying account) and then NordVPN refuses to refund monies taken by unethical means
I signed up to NordVPN's free trial while in an international airport. Firstly, the VPN did not work and I was unable to access the websites I wished to view.I deleted the app from my phone and left their customer support team a message using the in app instant messaging service (LiveChat or something akin) saying could they please delete my account and any subscriptions.Nearly a year passes and I think nothing more of this until I receive an email from them asking me if I wanted to renew ...

I am using NordVPN for 2 years now
I am using NordVPN for 2 years now. When I had issues with the app, I received help from the support. After over an hour my problem with the nordvpn ike was resolved.

Great customer support!
Great customer support! Had a conectivity issue and they spent more than 2 hours with me giving different ideas on how to fix the problem all while being polite and proffesional the whole time!

Flawless customer service
I used their service for around 17 days and then I requested a refund. Their customer service was flawless. I was done in maximum 5 minutes. I had a very nice experience with their customer service.

Nord customer service is very, very good!
I needed some help reconfiguring NORD VPN for my Dedicated IP afte rthe most recent Nord softwre update for the app. The BOT in chat was neat but did not answer my issue so I requested a human and for Stephen and he helped me in just a few minutes. Very good service!!! thank you

Hi, ich habe über fast vier Stunden lang versucht NordVPN zu installieren, leider ohne Erfolg. Paula vom deutschen Kundenservice was sehr geduldig und extrem freundlich, sodass ich trotz Frustration, immer ruhig weiter alles probiert habe, was sie mir empfohlen hat. Das Program blieb bei der Anmeldung hängen, nachdem ich meine E-Mail Adresse und Passwort eingegeben habe. So I'll be honest i got very frustrated with Nord for a while and stopped using it due to a connectivity error I was having. eventually though I decided to contact their customer support manager team (the live chat options) to troubleshoot the issue, and the help i received was amazing. I was connect to Porter, and he helped me through the whole problem and even got connected to me back after i had restarted my computer.
