Exceptional customer service
I signed up to NordVPN with several reasons in mind, however our router is not a normal brand, provided by my isp. It was problematic and despite a wonderful customer representative who spent a lot of time to find workarounds, it was not possible for us. I contacted Nord to cancel due to issues from our end and was met with a friendly and quick response to cancel our subscription without hassle. Due to these issues I cannot comment on the VPN service but the customer help is amazing.

Schnelles VPN und einfach zu Bedienen !!!
Hervoragendes VPN mit sehr schnellen Server.Bedienung unter Linux und Windows ist Kinderleicht.Und sollte man etwas nicht verstehen, dann hilft der Kundendienst von NordVPN sofort per Chat und das 24 Stunden rund um die Uhr.

Am Anfang Hui danach nur PFUI!!!
Am Anfang funktionierte NordVPN super. Schnelle Verbindung, alle Seiten erreichbar, große Auswahl an Servern und Ländern.Jetzt ist es der absolute Rotz. Langsame Verbindungen, viele Länder sind seit Beginn aus der Auswahl verschwunden, man wird oft von Seiten geblockt dank NordVPN (selbst Google-Captcha blockiert einen).Support ist meiner Ansicht nach unfähig. Habe einige der o.g. Probleme gemeldet und bekam nur die Antwort, das Blockierungen und ähnliches kein Problem Seitens NordVPN wären ...

Incredible Customer Support (Chat Support)
I had trouble trying to stream BBC iPlayer remotely, and tried their help tutorials to no avail. Tried their Chat Support service and was instantly connected to a support agent. Lrya very patiently helped me for about 30 mins to sort out my issues, which was eventually solved. Hurrah! Now that's what I call fantastic customer support. Keep up the good work, guys! I just signed up with NordVPN today, and this confirms that I made the right decision. 5 Stars!
