Autoconnect Issue Resolved by Martin!
I worked with Martin on a technical issue I was experiencing when using autoconnect feature on a Linux based distro. I was banging my head against the wall trying to figure this out. Martin was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient with this whole issue. All of his responses were quick and well written. He took time to explain things when I asked about them. I had an issue with a recurring bill to an account that I had no access to. Jimmy on the live chat helped me locate the issue and had it rectified within 5 minutes. He needs paid more.

Professional And Fast.
I just bought the 2 year subscription and wanted to cancel the recurring aspect of it, most companies would take forever to help me out but Nord customer service got to me in under 2 minutes and helped me out! The agent was extremely nice and patient with me and professionally handled the situation in record time!

I had a connectivity issues with my NordLynx adapter…
I had a connectivity issue with my NordLynx adapter "cant be reached." I login to the live chat for assistance, and a CSR named Stephen immediately lead me to adjust a setting detail, and within 30 secs, I HAD CONNECTIVITY!I was frustrated, was trying to find a solution on my own for at least 35-40mins, before connecting Stephen.Thanks so much!
