Mike, was great... there was no waiting and I asked him to cancel my subscription due to Covid & No work... he then ask me if I wanted a refund and it just made the experience even better... I will sign back up with Nord when I am back to work... It was a true pleasure to experience TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE... that is something that is missing in today's society & work force...

North vpn the best so far
after leaving a vpn that had less service and was more expensive.joint north vpn less expensive (3 years account) and better service they managed to solve my problems with pc, NAS, PHONE and now on the NVIDIA SHIELD I'm not saying vpn is the best but the service is definitely like that

tyrone was a great at helping me for 7 hours i watched nord vpn videos and never got the right answer and tried fixing it but tyrone helped me great service from tyrone but pls fix videos

Stephen from customer support (chat) was very knowledgeable and patient in helping me fix my issue with NordVPN starting up at Windows boot-up. He walked me through properly configuring the VPN and also running the diagnostic tool to repair my issue. Much appreciated his assistance!

NordVPN won't let you leave easily.
NordVPN is extremely easy to use and if you can get it during a promotion like I did, it's very cheap. My only gripe with the service is that if you want to cancel a subscription, they make it an absolute pain in the neck. Their website said I had three options to do so. Live chat (no link provided I had to hunt for it), E-mail (annoying as I was trying to cancel and be done with it), or fill out a box below to submit a request.
