Won't let you cancel your subscription, argue about it with you over chat

Have removed the ability to cancel a subscription requiring an email to be sent that then becomes an argument / discussion of why you shouldn't cancel your subscription.Absolutely awful practice - I've been a sporadic NordVPN user for years (when I need it), but I'll never use the service and proactively disparage it from now on.Also probably illegal!

Very bad customer service. Almost impossible to get your subscription cancelled. I just got Nord VPN for 1 month and I canceled in time for that month, but as I am not traveling much because of Covid19 I wanted to cancel. No option to cancel anywhere within the web app or or mobile app. So you have to resort to email. Then you would expect a hassle free experience there, but no. They have to waste your time and postpone the cancellation by asking you stupid questions. Now I have to wait for ...

sooo bad

gotta be the worst money decision ive made recently ( bought 3 years of this debauchery). constant connection drops and the app itself will just disconnect without notifying, or completely shut off...idk why its so highly praised

Great service!

The program itself works great. It has enough features to be conveniently customisable, but is also really simple to work with at the same time. Their support team is really fast and helpful as well. They take security serious.

It does a good job

Most (all?) IPs are blacklisted but I guess that's normal for a popular VPN. Very helpful support, good speeds, price is normal. Command line only on Linux but it's easy to use. Cancel is through email (temporarily, they say).

I absolutely agree with the other reviews. My internet becomes so slow to the point it cannot be used. I have been receiving emails from numerous places stating what my password is with NordVPN (which is correct and unique only to NordVPN), daily emails (sometimes 20 or 30 emails) with requests to reset my password. The worst part is that my Spotify was hacked -years of playlists either deleted or changed and new playlists added on a regular basis!!!I spent hundreds of dollars for a ...

Won't Connect to Certain Web Sites

My PC won't connect to certain sites when NordVPN is running. I opened a ticket and they gave me a list of servers to try, which I did, and it fixed the problem for a few days but the problem came back. It seems like the security of certain sites can determine if a TLS connection is coming from a Nord VPN server and connections are rejected. I have been turning off NordVPN to connect with these sites (AWS is one) but that defeats the purpose of using a service like NordVPN.

I acquired a yearly subscription and I needed help with finding a compatible router. I reached out via chat and a gentleman called Greg did a marvelous job and answered all the questions I had promptly. 10/10 for the VPN services, 10/10 for customer service. Well done, NordVPN!
