Very bad at installing
Rubbish. Got the app for Mac, went to install, round and round in circles trying to get it to work. Wouldn't connect to the country chosen, wouldn't accept the authentication password provided by Nord, wouldn't accept me allowing it to access the keychain etc etc. Two hours of my life later and it's gone. On chat they just kept posting generic instructions. Even when I got rid of the app the pop up kept appearing and took an age to resolve. Avoid. Must be easier ones to install.

Ich habe NordVPN bestellt und per Paypal bezahlt. Danach habe ich nie was von denen gehört. Auch auf Nachfrage wurde nicht geholfen.

Connectivity problem
I had an autoconnect problem and was assisted by Archie and Stephen. We finally resolved the problem and both Archie and Stephen were excellent! Patient, knowledgeable, and offering several solutions until auto connect finally worked. Great app, great support.

NordVPN live chat
Just took out a subscription to NordVPN tonight because I want to access UK TV and Evan spent a LOT of time getting me connected ... with patience and knowledge. Very pleased so far

had a very serious connectivity issues while watching netflix, almost unwatchable and was gonna refund but Lawrence helped a lot and took me through every step to ensure that it would work. Great guy and really helpful. made me really happy to have switched from ExpressVPN to NordVPN, fantastic customer support.

By far the best in my opinion
I've been using Nord for over 3 years and can't fault it. Primarily for watching iPlayerCH4 when overseas, it really bugs me that I pay a TV licence yet view the content! More recently using BitTorrent to download some old TV series that aren't available on DVD. Speeds are excellent, for the few times I've need TechSupport they've been very helpful and the salespeople even gave me an extra 3 months (for free) when I renewed my 3-year plan, bless!
