To get a refund is as easy as it can be. I signed up for a two-year service, only to realize that there is no access to many Chinese websites which are crucial to my work. I requested a refund from Benedict, a customer service representative. He was kind enough to explain to me that servers are not available on mainland China and approved the refund in no time.
