Decent...just pray you never need support. Ever.
I have had a perfectly adequate experience with NordVPN so far. It has worked--sometimes slowly, sometimes with bugs--but it has worked. It was incessant in asking for updates, sure, and I accepted that. Until now, where update prompts will crash full-screen programs, minimize other windows, and do basically anything else to be the most important thing on my computer screen. Be careful about automatic billing
I used NordVPN from Jan 2020 until Oct 2020. I cannot comment on performance. The only technical problems I experienced was their upgrades - I ended reloading the system a couple of times. The breaking point was in their billing. I subscribed in Jan 2020 for 3 years thinking that I do not need to worry about payments. Today I found that there was another subscription in May 2020 for another 3 years. I contacted support to cancel the renewals and that they were able to do. They were not able ...

Several Issues & Cumbersome Refund Process

Initially I was denied a partial refund and a cancellation for the remaining period of my subscription by customer support due to "company policy" but after posting my negative review here on Trustpilot (1/5 stars) I was suddenly offered a partial refund and cancellation.
