NordVPN fungerede fint indtil jeg købte en ny Mac. Det var umuligt at få programmet til at køre herpå, det ville ikke logge mig ind. Efter mere end 2 timer med customer service gav jeg op (og de også, de endte med at så kunne jeg køre en OpenVPN som jo ikke var det jeg betalte for). Med næsten 3 år tilbage kan det altså ikke lade sig gøre at bruge programmet længere. Totally unacceptable support
The Nord VPN is good when it works, but I had a fairly simple issue using the Chrome web browser and, whilst I was on chat vary quickly, the assistant had absolutely no idea and, instead of fixing the issue, managed to trash my networks and erase all of my network passwords. The follow up produced a fix that forced me turn off significant levels of protection and then a more senior tech assistant wanted me to open command prompts and start writing code. I took the 30 day trial which you have…
I took the 30 day trial which you have to pay for and then have refunded.Which is a con of sorts as you can't cancel online via your account, they then take the next month out and won't refund both payments as information to cancel is hidden in there t and Cs terrible customer service.

Unresponsive NordVPN App
My VPN stopped working 2 days ago without reasons. Impossible to open it again I called the chat help line for assistance. Mr Benecroft was very helpful and tried many things to go around the issues. He sent me many different instructions. I sent him back many screenshots. The exchange took a long time back and forth. He never gave up and kept trying different methods. Until we installed the IKEv2 connection and now I can use my VPN again. This is excellent technical assistance.
