This company is a criminal…
This company is a criminal organisation. They can't make honest money, so they set up "free trial" then clean your bank account out. No refund is given, small print BS. avoid like the plague. Express VPN are honest and way faster. I dont like having money stolen from me and being powerless because they will never be decent, they just extract lump sums from your bank account and give nothing back

Great customer service
Great customer service. I used NordVPN for a week only, as I have an old Mac, and couldn't get round to doing the different required updates by myself. But their customer service was incredible, and I was so, so relieved not to have to put up a fight so as to be reimbursed. They helped me do the update, and asked to have feedback. The only reason I stopped using them is because I'm not good at doing updates, etc. Communication was so polite and real, it was a most welcome change from what ...

NordVPN has been nothing but good experiences! The service I got when having troubles was so professional and they were so patient and willing to listen! The app itself is very useful and the interface is quite modern I highly recommend this to anyone.

Extremely difficult to cancel…
Extremely difficult to cancel subscription and there is no way to do this on our own through their website.I've now gotten in touch for the second time re. cancellation and they have still not got back to me. Meanwhile I have been charged for another month.
