Incompetent Customer Service
Signed up for 2 year plan $89. Received written confirmation from Nord and from my credit card via email. All was approved. Then NORD cancelled it with NO notification the next day. Tried to say I should use an email address with my name. My email address was my name and matched my Nord Account name and my Credit Card name exactly. Clearly they never looked at anything. Ray stuck with my connectivity issues…
Ray stuck with my connectivity issues right from the start. I'm using an Nvidia Shield and was having connectivity issues. The internet would stop working after a few minutes constantly. I would turn Nord OFF and all would be well. It took a long time, but Ray got it working by using an older version of Nord for my Shield Pro. Congratulations Ray! Service never worked and could not cancel service.
I signed up for this service and I could never get it to work on my phone or my computer. I tried to cancel but kept getting billed. The billing was automatically stuck into my itunes app store and I could not remove it. I could not speak to a customer service rep about cancelling. Then when I spoke to someone on live chat they gauranteed my service was cancelled and was still billed.
