Save your money
Save your money. The 30 day money back guarantee may be trap for the unwary. I had it for about 3 months before it went bad. Would not connect, dropped connections etc. Spent at least two hours with support that was substandard. Finally gave up. Asked for at least a partial refund and was denied. Ended up deleting it and took the loss.

horrible service! stay away! these people will steal your money and stop replying! i paid $80 BTC for a two year subscription , well the service was crappy because i couldn’t access the web without having to constantly use CAPTCHA all of the time and performance was slow. so still within my 30 day trial period i contacted customer service to cancel. I'd been trying to download VPN for 5…
I'd been trying to download VPN for 5 hours and couldn't get it right. Greg-a TOTAL life saver-came on for the 3rd time today and walked, (yanked) me through the steps to make it work. At 66, this is far beyond me, but Greg patiently helped me get the files I needed and get it loaded. I'm forever in his debt!! What a great guy! I wanted to go to 2 other sites to brag about him, but Nord shut me down. :( Glad Greg didn't!!

IKKE KØB!
Det er ulækkert den måde de tager penge fra folk. Det man betaler for virker fint, men ligeså snart man skal have det afmeldt er det noget andet. Jeg har kæmpet i flere timer, men der sker stadigvæk ingen ting. Man skal nemlig lave en ansøgning af en form for at de ikke tager ens penge. Find noget ANDET!!!!
