Exceptional support from Nord
I have been with Nord just under a month but started to have internet connectivity issues. Tonight I was helped by Marceline who was amazing and extremely patient. I am not at all tech savvy and struggled with some of the instructions she gave me, but she said not to worry and to take my time. Très peu de pays, VPN bloqués partout.
Très peu de pays, VPN bloqués partout.Impossible d'utiliser les VPN de nordvpn pour PrimeVideo, Hulu ou Netflix : Ils sont tous bloqués.Ils ne changent jamais les IP des serveurs du coup on se retrouve avec des VPN qui sont bloqués partout. C'est ridicule, on ne peut RIEN faire avec ce VPN. La pub qui en est faite partout est mensongère. Quelle honte.

Dedicated IP down twice in 2 months
this is the second time in 3 months that my dedicated vpn goes down. This time it has been down for more than 24 hours now, but still it's not fixed yet. As a business owner which means no business and revenue for more than 24 hours and they can't give me the time when it can be fixed. It is really frustrating.
