IP down for 8 days now, can't refund

My dedicated IP doesn't work for the 8th day now, customer service doesn't cares, they just say they will open a ticket for you. It has been more than a week that dedicated IP is down, and they said they can't give me a refund or give me another IP that works.

Great customer service. I signed up for 2 year plan less than a month back and I saw that NordVPN has Black Friday deal of 2 year + 3 months free. I contacted customer support to check if I can get the additional 3 months, and they did add 3 months to my subscription without any hassle.

High battery use on new iPhone - solved myself

I have been a happy user of NordVPN for many years. The software works well, and the connections are fast.I recently upgraded my iPhone. Unfortunately, the NordVPN started to use significant battery (according to the Apple battery app). Support told me that battery use issues with Apple are outside of NordVPN's control and that this is due to Apple. I had not had issues with the NordVPN app on my previous iPhones, and I did not find this helpful at all. Support told me to uninstall the app, ...

Streaming services - region not updating

My VPN was connecting, but regions weren't changing when logging into streaming services.IM'd the Chatbot, which brought me to Kyle, who was very polite, quick to respond and helpful.

Jeg er bosat i Sverige, og har været med på Nord VPN siden 2019 og det har fungeret ok, kan leve med at for at få Danske undertekster på min Danske netflix konto må jeg logge på via Finland, Men!! jeg har to gange prøvet at ikke kunne se DR nyheder, senest i dag den 20-11-2020, har været i kontakt med Nord VPN via deres Facebook side, og efter forgæves i ca en halv time afprøvet forskellige muligheder efter deres vejledning kommer supporteren frem til at de jo slet ikke understøtter kontakt ...

The login bugs will keep you busy

Once you've finally logged onto a website using their VPN (usually after four or five attempts), don't be surprised if the thing logs you out without asking, before sending you down a Alice in Wonderland rabbit hole of wrong passwords and keychain access requests. Then you have to contact support to fix it and 4 weeks later - voila - it happens all over again. Enjoy! PS: And they're endorsed by deranged news outlets like the BBC, The Guardian and Buzzfeed which just about sums them up.
