Rubbish does not work
Paid for a 3 year plan as it worked at the time. Now it never works for BBC or ITV players ! It now crashes the internet on my pc and I have to reboot to get internet access back. Does the same via the Android app on my phone.EDIT: I did contact support and their reply did not help the issue of it crashing my internet connection. When I try to connect to UK it hangs and there is no way to get my normal connection back without having to reboot. Sorry this is unusable for me.

Totally worth its price
There are plenty of vpn services nowadays, but nord still pops out among all of them.Keeps it simple, yet useful and immaculate in terms of disconnections.

In the middle of an important online…
In the middle of an important online meeting, the NordVPN connection drops and will NOT reconnect to any server in any country. Have to force quit the app before it will connect again, by which time the meeting is ruined.It's usually good, but when it breaks it's annoying it can't reconnect.

Katastrophale Software
Katastrophale Software. Seit Tagen funktioniert nichts mehr. Nach zig maligem Installieren und deinstallieren keine funktionierende Installation gefunden die einen Neustart übersteht. Kann wohl kaum Sinn der Sache sein, die Software nach jedem Neustart neu installieren zu müssen und zu hoffen, dass es dann per Zufall mal wieder funktioniert. Hat offensichtlich mit einem Treiberwechsel innerhalb der Nordvpn Software zu tun.

Untrustworthy Company, Stay Well Clear
I received an email from NordVPN last week stating that my 1 year subscription was about to expire in 2 weeks time and they then tried to take $142.80 out of my account that same exact day. As i didn't have enough money in my account at the time, they was unable to charge my account.I then contacted them the following day and asked them to cancel my subscription as i no longer wanted to use their service. Can't Unsubscribe Without Contacting Company
I was pretty annoyed that I couldn't unsubscribe unless I chatted with a NordVPN representative. It wastes my time and I don't like being asked "Are you sure you wanna do that?" If I was unsure, then I wouldn't be unsubscribing.I unsubscribe from subscriptions when I go on my hiatus from work (season worker). When I return in the Spring, I typically re-subscribe. I won't be doing that with NordVPN, I am sure there are other VPN providers that don't have annoying sales tactics.
