NordVPN is a rock solid reliable software
My wife and I have been using NordVPN on all our devices for a couple of years now - this includes desktop computers, laptops, phones and tablet. The software is easy to set up and is rock solid reliable. If you buy the two year subscription this gives good protection at a reasonable price.

Very helpful

Speed issue
I spent 2 hours googling and trying different stuff to increase my torrent download speed. Seems like contacting support chat was the best decision. Helpful straight to the point instructions which increased my speeds from 400-500KiB/s to whooping 27-54MiB/s.

Stephen provided a great support. He took his time to answer every questions and walked me through each step. Although I am not happy with App functionality in general but for sure appreciate the A+ support by Stephen.

Ich habe die offizielle Version von NordVPN (1 Jahres- Aktivierung) Das grundsätzliche Problem, wenn man mit einem Proxy surft, ist auch bei Nord VPN vorhanden. Surfen ist kein Problem, nur sobald man sich wo einloggen möchte, kommen die Probleme. Denn die erkennen, dass es sich um einen "open proxy" handelt. Google möchte jedes Mal, wenn man den Proxy Server wechselt, eine Handy Nr. Bestätigung. Anonymität dahin. Eine Rezession schreiben ist bei Google über proxy server überhaupt nicht ...

Very bad service
Very bad service. I put in a cancellation request the day after I subscribed as I only needed to use a VPN for a short time, the next month I was billed. I put in another cancellation request to not be billed for the upcoming month (December, 2020) and again, I was billed. I contacted support to end my subscription, and they said they would not issue a refund for this month, despite me having requested my subscription to be cancelled a total of 2 times before I was billed for this month. ...
