I immediately requested a refund within 5 minutes of purchase. 36 hours later I received a refund minus 20% of the bitcoin I paid. Their refund policy is very clear, 100% money back. I got 80% money back. They kept 20% of my bitcoin. The whole point of using bitcoin is not to scam the customer out of a refund. Their excuse? ...

I have been a client of expressVPN for over 5 years until something in their system said i was protected and I was not. I got advised that I was downloading some movie from a hack site and was advised it was against copyright law. They said that they were sorry. Works in China and really great service

Within the reasonable device limit of 6 devices, I am able to share the VPN connection to my Chinese family member and close, trusted Chinese friends who need the VPN. Great service for fighting Chinese Mainland censorship. Unreliable, don't believe the hype

Good: customer service is friendlyBad: technical service basically uselessDo not buy, extremely unreliable software. Constantly having to delete to connect to internet and set it all up again, didn't matter OS or hardware. Wasted a lot of time on tech's walking in circles. No responsibility taken on their end "So far, your specific case is completely closed, we have no reports of such behavior."

Scam like terms and conditions. Entice customers with initial 30 days free however make cancelation overly contrived and difficult to ensure they take as much money as possible. Services where poor and low. Would not recommend this service to anyone.
