Steaming Issues Resolved
The knowledge database for self help was simple, with only basic fixes before pointing me to a customer service rep. Their chat bot was quick to check to make sure I tried the basic fixes, then forwarded me to a customer care rep (Noah). Noah was patient, nice, and was very transparent with regards to steps needed for troubleshooting. Together we fixed the problem! Couldn't be happier!

Problem was resolved to my satisfaction. Benecroft in customer support was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient while solving this complex issue which was preventing me from loading Nord VPN on my new Firestick 4K.

Connection problems
It started by slowing down connection. was going to apply for a refund but instead the support team convinced me to help and they did. But after that the 1 month refund policy passed the same happened more then 3 times until I was forced to remove everything without having the $140 that I paid. Sh** happens I guess.

Amazing VPN
Great VPN, Never an issue and it get's the job done. I recommend anyone looking for a premium VPN to get this one. You won't regret it.

Very unhappy with NordVPN..
Very unhappy with NordVPN... while the platform worked pretty well in the first month, then problems began and VPN became super unstable preventing me to use my iPhone or Macbook normally. i had to reconnect manually every 5 minutes to keep my devices connected.the support team wasn't able to troubleshoot the problem and now i'm locked with a 12 months subscription that cannot be refund!

Lickety split solution
I couldn't get the vpn to connect. I tried some troubleshooting I found online. It didn't work. But the customer support person was able to solve my issue via chat lickety split!!

NordVPN does exactly what is says it will do. I am very happy with the reliability and connection speeds on my PC and Android devices.I did have one minor problem connecting my PC to the VPN and ended up contacting the Customer Support Dept. through their chat bot. Their help was very fast and professional.
