One of the best VPN on the market
Before I chosed to get a NordVPN abonnemont, I already got in contact with the chat support because of a service question. Five minutes later I subscribed to NordVPN. After very pleased testing of the VPN service on different mobile devices and notebooks (great feature to connect 6 devices simultaneously), I wanted to secure my home network as a whole with my router. Ich habe NordVPN auf Mac OS installiert. Geht schnell über die App, funktionierte einwandfrei. Auf Windows ist das Produkt eine Zumutung, hier kann ich nur abraten. Was ist passiert?1. Sehr umständlich zu installieren, da man eine Config File runterladen muss.2. Top notch customer support
Not a perfect VPN for everyone in the world, I got more than 90% slower connection speed in Taiwan. But their customer supports makes the rating 5 stars. Guide me through the problem and no hassle in doing a refund.

Crooks and scammers
Where to begin? VordVpn - the worst incompetent company. Company? No a group of criminal scammers! They took my renewal but then expired my subscription - from my mobiles, firesticks, computer and tablet. I went to the 'help centre' - they listened (did not apologise), raised a ticket, and raised a 3 day membership until the ticket was processed.
