Shady! no customer control over billing, must contact customer service to cancel
I find it extremely shady and suspect that you cannot cancel your subscription without going through customer service. Despite telling them I was not going to negotiate with them, they still tried to convince me, and capitulated once I stated I would block any further charges through my bank and would also be reporting the company to the BBB.

Egentlig er jeg glad for deres produkt. Men jeg er efterhånden meget træt af deres ikke eksisterende support. Man kan ikke på hjemmesiden finde nogen steder at få support udover FAQ.Jeg har siden medio november flere gange skrevet til deres email: support... uden at få nogen respons. Og problemet jeg forsøger at få support på er meget træls. Når jeg kører med VPN får jeg stort set altid mine mails retur med noget ala:SMTP error from remote server for GREETING command, host: xxxxxx ...

The app and the customers service are the best.
The app is the best, and i have tried many others, but they didn't work well.Today, i had a problem for select a plan for making a renovation, because my account expired. And Mason, helped me, very quickly. And he was very nice and kind.The next time, i'll pick the one year plan. I would recomend to everybody this app, you would not be dissapointed. Sorry for my english.

They refused to refund a 12 month…
They refused to refund a 12 month subscription when I asked to cancel it 18 days after it auto renewed. I even asked if they would refund the 11 unused months and they still refused. Shady business practices. I'll be doing a chargeback.
